All the rooms have wooden carved ceiling and most of the have wooden floor. They are carefully decorated with traditional elements as typical Albanian houses of Gjirokaster.  Some of the rooms have fireplace and some have original elements as cupboard or ceiling elements. The average area of the room is around 17 square meters.
