All the rooms have wooden carved ceiling and some of them have wooden floor. They are carefully decorated with traditional elements as typical Albanian houses of Gjirokaster.  Some of the rooms have fireplace and some have original elements as cupboard or ceiling elements. The average area of the rooms is around 19 square meters.
